10. The law also sets out that MOR members will be given financial incentives, such as a reduction in the registration fee in the Integrated Registration System of Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente (SIRAPA). How can they obtain this reduction?
Members of an APA-authorised trading platform that are subject to SIRAPA registration are granted a 50% reduction in their registration fee in the first three years of operation of the first platform that they join. When they register with SIRAPA, they must prove membership of a MOR trading platform, as set out in Ordinance 6844/2010 of 19 April.
